FRP Buoyancy Tank

1. The GRP project is a ship collision prevention facility project of Xiangjiang Bridge in Zhubu Port.

2. The anti-collision box of glass fiber reinforced plastic bridge is made of full glass fiber reinforced plastic structure, reinforced by local rigid parts, and made by split molding process.

3. The thickness of the outer side of the anti-collision box of the fiberglass bridge girder is 10mm, the upper surface is 5mm, the thickness of the rest is 8mm, the thickness of the internal buffer element is 4mm, and the thickness of all structural members is 5mm.

5. The fender connection is strengthened with 5mm thick steel plate, the prefabricated M30 bolt is exposed, and the interior is sealed and strengthened with glass fiber reinforced plastics to ensure waterproof performance.

6. In order not to affect the appearance of the FRP anti-collision box, the embedded parts are prefabricated and hoisted inside the box. The embedded parts are welded by steel plates and M24 nuts, and then wrapped with FRP for fixing and strengthening.
