Other instructions
1. The above are the standard specifications, and others include the promotion dosage form SWANCOR 907-FLSP Various specifications can be supplied in large quantities according to customer requirements; The storage life of SWANCOR 907-FLS will be shortened by adding accelerator. SWANCOR 907-FLSP must be used up within 4 weeks.
2. The gelling characteristics of SWANCOR 907-FLS are affected by weather, temperature, hardener content, accelerator content and additives. Before changing the operating formula, it is advisable to test its gelling time in a small amount to facilitate processing.
3. SWANCOR 907-FLS should use CHP hardener to avoid spontaneous air bubbles due to its high shake and viscosity. When mixing hardener, a large amount of air must also be avoided.
SWANCOR 977-S is a high-performance vinyl ester resin with excellent solvent resistance characteristics, such as resistance to EDC, DMF, chlorobenzene, benzene, and other highly soluble solvents, as well as excellent high temperature physical properties, which still has good performance at 200 ℃.

Hardening system
The room temperature hardening system used by SWANCOR 977-S is available:
(1) MEKPO/cobalt octanoate
(2) SWANCOR C-type hardener/cobalt octanoate
(3) When the operating system temperature is low, it is recommended to use SWANCOR 1300 accelerator to help SWANCOR 977-S harden, and to reduce the exothermic temperature to reduce hot cracking, SWANCOR C hardener/cobalt octanoate system should be used for hardening.
Packaging, storage, and operation
1. SWANCOR 977-S is packed in 55-gallon iron drums, each weighing 200 kg, and 5-gallon iron drums, each weighing 20 kg.
2. SWANCOR 977-S is a reactive resin, which should be stored in a cool place. If it is stored for too long, the bottle cap can be opened to inject air to extend its storage time.
3. The gelling time of SWANCOR 977-S is mainly affected by the content of accelerator, the concentration of hardener and the temperature. Because the difference of hardener, humidity, pigment filler and other additives will affect the hardening characteristics, it is recommended that when using this product, the operator should first test the hardening characteristics in a small amount under the operating conditions set by himself.
