Introduction to Commonly Used Primer Coatings for Anti-Corrosion Resins
Introduction to Primer Coatings for Anti-Corrosion Projects The importance of anti-corrosion primers in anti-corrosion projects is self-evident. This article introduces two commonly used anti-corrosion primers. For detailed information on vinyl ester resin, please call our sales hotline at 027-87290637 or 13871004406 (Mr. Liu). SWANCOR 984 is an enhanced vinyl ester primer that combines the high toughness of elastomers with the excellent properties of vinyl ester resins. Using SWANCOR 984 delivers the following benefits: 1. On metal substrates, it consistently exhibits superior adhesion and exceptional toughness. 2. It offers chemical resistance comparable to bisphenol-A‑type vinyl ester resins.

General Introduction to Anti-Corrosion Engineering Solutions
Introduction to the Construction Process: General Overview of Pool Anti-Corrosion Works. The specific construction of a surface‑coated glass‑epoxy steel anti-corrosion system—commonly referred to as the “three‑cloth, five‑oil” method—is divided into the following steps: 1. Preparatory Work: - Prior to commencement, ensure that the cement floor is completely dry and that its strength has reached at least 80% of the design value. Verify that the substrate is level, with deviations no greater than 1–1.5 mm per meter, and that the surface is clean and dry before proceeding with the application of the primer coat. Avoid carrying out work during the hottest part of the day. - Prepare all required fiberglass‑reinforced plastic (FRP) materials and construction equipment, and implement basic fire‑safety measures. Ensure that personal protective equipment and safety precautions are in place, and develop a detailed construction plan.

General Introduction to Anti-Corrosion Engineering Solutions
Wuhan University of Technology Innovative FRP Anti-Corrosion Construction Plan – Overview of the Construction Process This project outlines the anti-corrosion treatment for standard water tanks, employing an epoxy‑FRP coating system consisting of three layers of fiberglass cloth and five coats of epoxy resin. The specific construction process is divided into the following steps: 1. Preparatory Work: ① Prior to commencement, ensure that the cement floor is completely dry and that its compressive strength has reached at least 80% of the design value. The substrate must be level, with deviations no greater than 1–1.5 mm per meter, and its surface kept clean and dry. Only under these conditions may the primer coat be applied; avoid carrying out work during the hottest part of the day. ② Prepare all necessary FRP raw materials and construction equipment, along with basic fire‑safety measures and personal protective gear.

Introduction to the Selection of Glass Fiber Cloth for FRP Antenna Radomes
Wuhan University of Technology has established an innovative company specializing in the production of fiberglass antenna radomes. This article provides a brief overview of the glass fiber fabrics our company selects as raw materials for these radomes. In addition to alkali‑free glass fiber roving fabric (GB/T 18370‑2001) and E‑glass fiber fabric for printed circuit boards (GB/T 18373‑2001), the physicochemical properties of other alkali‑free glass fiber fabrics are specified by the JC/T 170‑2002 standard (see Table 1). Tensile breaking strength is listed in Table 2. Table 1: Product Designation, Fabric Structure, Fabric Density (threads/cm), Area Density (g/㎡), Thickness (mm), Typical Applications.

Export situation of the innovative radome developed by Wuhan University of Technology
With the expansion of our company’s fiberglass‑reinforced plastic radome business and the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative, we have built upon our existing collaborations: a navigation radome developed in partnership with Canada, as shown in the figure, and a Beidou Xingtong radome jointly produced with the United States, also illustrated. Furthermore, we have successfully established business ties with Taichung City in Taiwan, where we supply radomes, as depicted, and with Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam, where we provide radomes as well.

Fiberglass Antenna Radome Manufacturing Process
Wuhan University of Technology Innovative FRP Technology Development Co., Ltd. is a company with 30 years of experience, integrating the design, R&D, production, and installation of FRP antenna radomes. This article briefly outlines the manufacturing process for FRP antenna radomes: different types of radomes follow distinct processes, and even the same type may vary depending on environmental conditions. A preliminary breakdown is as follows: Step 1: Design the radome mold, followed by mold fabrication and surface treatment; Step 2: Mold inspection and preparatory work for production; Step 3: Polishing, waxing, and application of release agents; Step 4: Applying gelcoat and allowing it to cure; Step 5: Layering fiberglass fabrics according to product specifications and curing them; Step 6: Finishing touches…
