Packaging, Storage, and Handling

1. SWANCOR 984 with 5 Packed in galvanized iron drums, each drum weighs 20 kg。

2. SWANCOR 984 is a reactive resin; it should be stored in a cool, shaded location. If stored for an extended period, open the container and allow air to enter to help prolong its shelf life.

3. The gelation time of SWANCOR 984 is primarily influenced by the hardener concentration and temperature. Since variations in the hardener, ambient humidity, pigment fillers, and other additives can all affect curing characteristics, it is recommended that users conduct small-scale trials under their own operating conditions to evaluate curing behavior before full-scale application.

Precautions Precautions

1. Prior to coating, the steel material shall first undergo sandblasting until… Sa2 1/2

2. During high-humidity construction, the hardener dosage may be increased as appropriate. ( At least 1.0%) , to enhance its hardening properties; with the proper hardener added, high humidity does not have an adverse effect. SWANCOR 984 Its characteristics.

3. After sandblasting is completed, 8 Apply within hours SWANCOR 984 However, the surface must be free of water droplets, grease, dust, and other contaminants that could interfere with adhesion.

4. SWANCOR 984, once applied, leaves a surface with excellent re-coatability and residual tack. Therefore, during the summer, it should be applied on…

SWANCOR 984 after 4 hours ( Winter should be at 8 Hours later ) And within one week, if layering cannot be performed within the recommended time frame, a styrene re‑adhesion test must be conducted prior to layering. If no re‑adhesion occurs, the surface must be roughened before proceeding with layering.

5. SWANCOR 984-M is a pre‑catalyzed formulation.

6. SWANCOR 984 is a layered liquid; be sure to stir it thoroughly before use.

SWANCOR CP95 is a primer resin specially formulated for concrete-lined projects, providing strong, durable double-sided adhesion. Upon curing, it forms a robust interface that is resistant to heat and corrosion. Its surface also contains sufficient unsaturated chains, enabling subsequent coatings to bond effectively with… SWANCOR CP95 Compose a perfect lining design.

Special Characteristics

Outside Appearance: Pale yellow, transparent liquid

Sticky Degree: 100~ 300 cps(LVT#3-60 rpm/25 °C )

glue Time: 5–25 minutes

(55% MEKPO: 1.2% ,6% Bitter Cobalt 0.4% ,100%DMA: 0.05% , Temperature: 25 °C )

Save Deposit term: 6 months (25 Below ℃ )

Precautions Precautions

(1) Prior to coating, first verify the concrete’s properties as follows:

a. The recovery period is greater than 30 Heaven.

b. Moisture content less than 8%。

c. Compressive strength greater than 21 MPa。

d. Proper pretreatment is performed.

(2) For the topmost layer of concrete, it is recommended to finish with a wooden trowel to ensure surface quality.

(3) If an iron trowel is used for finishing, a weak, non‑structural surface layer typically forms after the concrete has hardened. (Lactescence) , this gray layer can be removed by the following methods:

a. Remove by sandblasting; both dry and wet methods are applicable.

b. Remove by mechanical means.

(4) After applying SWANCOR CP95, residual tack on the surface will persist for a certain period; lamination should be performed within… 4 Hours to 7 To be implemented within the day.

(5) SWANCOR CP95 should be stored in a cool, shaded place to ensure product quality. For the convenience of customers during application, our company also offers a version containing cobalt salts. SWANCOR CP95-P Available for customer selection.

Packaging, Storage, and Handling Packaging, Storage, and Handling

1. SWANCOR CP95 with 55 Packed in galvanized iron drums, each drum weighs 200 kg , and with 5 Packed in gallon drums, each drum weighs 20kg。

2. Please store in a cool place and avoid direct sunlight.

3. Flammable liquids—keep away from sources of ignition.

Other Notes

1. SWANCOR CP95 is a reactive resin; it should be stored in a cool, shaded location. If stored for an extended period, open the container lid and allow air to circulate to prolong its shelf life.

2. The gelation characteristics of SWANCOR CP95 are influenced by weather conditions, temperature, the content of hardener and accelerator, as well as additives. Before adjusting the formulation, it is advisable to conduct small-scale tests to determine the gelation time, thereby facilitating processing.
