Release time:
2022-06-21
Wuhan University of Technology Innovative FRP Technology Development Co., Ltd. is an enterprise with over 30 years of experience in the design and R&D of FRP antenna radomes, adhering to stringent standard procedures for manufacturing. The QC engineering drawings for its FRP antenna radomes are as follows:
For many years, Shanxi Xiangning Coking Coal Group Shennan’ao Coking Coal Co., Ltd. has remained steadfast in its commitment to scientific and sustainable development, striving for sound economic growth and environmental harmony. Gradually, it has forged a development path characterized by resource conservation, environmental friendliness, and ecological civilization. Through technological innovation and energy‑saving, emission‑reduction measures, the mine has brought all key material‑consumption and technical indicators to leading levels within the domestic industry, achieving harmonious progress between the economy and society, and between humanity and nature. The company has successively been awarded honors such as “Municipal Model Unit for Spiritual Civilization” and “AAA‑Level Credit Enterprise.”

We have consistently adhered to law-based mine management and continuously strengthened publicity and promotion.
In its day-to-day operations, the company has consistently adhered to principles such as “development within the framework of conservation and conservation through development” and “equal emphasis on mineral resource development and environmental protection,” refusing to sacrifice the environment in pursuit of economic gains. It strictly complies with the provisions set forth in the Mineral Resources Law, the Plan for the Development and Utilization of Coal Resources, Geological Environmental Protection, and Land Reclamation, and the Environmental Impact Assessment Report, diligently implementing all design and construction requirements. By fully complying with the mandates and relevant regulations of administrative authorities, the company ensures that all permits and licenses are in order and that production is conducted in full compliance with the law, earning high praise from both its supervising agency and local authorities.
During the development of green mines, enterprises integrate green‑mine initiatives into their long-term strategic plans, placing them high on the agenda and ensuring they are planned, scheduled, and evaluated alongside safety, production, and other key performance indicators. A Green Mine Leadership Group has been established, chaired by the principal executive, with the responsible mine manager overseeing overall coordination, while a dedicated team of highly qualified personnel is assigned to oversee implementation, thereby providing robust organizational support.
To foster a strong culture of green mine development, the mine has made full use of bulletin boards, LED displays, and its internal network to widely promote the importance and necessity of green mining and energy conservation and emissions reduction, as well as relevant laws and regulations. In addition, the mine has actively organized events such as Energy Conservation Publicity Week and World Environment Day, leveraging these initiatives to further enhance employees’ awareness of energy conservation, emissions reduction, and environmental protection, thereby elevating green mine construction to a new level.

Actively leveraging technological innovation and making full use of geological resources.
Technological innovation is the lifeblood of enterprises and a key driver for enhancing core competitiveness. As a resource‑based mining company, we vigorously promote green mining practices, strive to make our extraction methods more scientific, and actively adopt new technologies, materials, and processes to improve the comprehensive utilization rate of resources. We are committed to advancing technological progress and raising the level of science and technology in the integrated utilization of mineral resources. In collaboration with China University of Mining and Technology, we have launched a project on rock‑mass stability control in deep‑well, high‑stress coal roadways within the Xiangning mining area. By employing narrow coal pillars in mining operations, we have reduced the width of safety pillars between working faces from the originally designed 30 meters to 15 meters. Since the project’s inception, this approach has cut labor costs by RMB 2.46 million and material expenses by approximately RMB 13 million per working face. Moreover, a single coal pillar alone has helped reduce coal resource losses by 84,000 tons, directly boosting the mine’s resource recovery revenue by RMB 42 million. To date, two underground working faces have implemented this strategy, with the recovery of safety coal pillars alone generating an additional resource‑recovery benefit of roughly RMB 84 million.

Deepen efforts to conserve energy and reduce emissions, and vigorously promote clean production.
“Cutting costs and reducing consumption, conserving energy and reducing emissions, and improving efficiency” are regarded as key safeguards for building a green mine. Specific energy‑saving and emission‑reduction measures have been formulated, and the evaluation, assessment, and reward‑and‑penalty mechanisms have been refined to ensure that these goals are met. Contractual energy management has been promoted, technological upgrades have been intensified, and potential for further efficiency gains has been thoroughly explored, thereby advancing energy conservation and emission reduction. Meanwhile, department‑specific energy‑efficiency assessment and management standards have been developed and issued, clearly defining responsibilities and timelines, thus establishing an effective collaborative mechanism involving Party, government, trade unions, and youth organizations to jointly oversee energy conservation and emission reduction. The mine places great emphasis on implementing clean production as a cornerstone of its energy‑saving and emission‑reduction efforts. It fully leverages the value of production wastewater: the main sources are mineral‑processing effluent and domestic sewage. Mineral‑processing wastewater is routed to the mine’s wastewater treatment plant and then returned to the mining area via a recirculation system for reuse. Domestic sewage is treated at a dedicated domestic‑wastewater treatment facility to meet reclaimed‑water standards, supporting the construction of the tailings‑pond infrastructure and the paving of access roads, with remediation carried out in accordance with regulatory requirements. Access roads and industrial‑site pavements are regularly swept and sprayed with water to suppress dust and prevent secondary扬尘. In addition, all coal‑fired boilers within the mine have been dismantled, and waste rock, used oil, and other byproducts generated during production are disposed of in compliance with applicable regulations. Finally, the air‑source heat‑pump heating system has been upgraded, primarily for routine landscaping irrigation, with a portion of the supply also used to support production processes.

Strengthen geological environmental protection and effectively promote community harmony.
The company strictly complies with the Environmental Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China and relevant laws and regulations, adheres rigorously to the principle of “people‑centered management and integrated prevention and control,” and diligently carries out environmental protection and restoration efforts at the mine site. It fully implements the environmental restoration and remediation deposit system, strictly enforces the “three simultaneous” requirements for environmental protection, and makes timely, full annual payments of the required deposits. In addition, the company has prepared a “Plan for Coal Resource Development and Utilization, Geological Environmental Protection, and Land Reclamation,” and has adopted a series of effective measures to improve the environment, promote greening, and enhance aesthetic appeal, thereby minimizing the adverse impacts of mining activities on the ecological environment. To strengthen environmental protection and geological remediation, the enterprise has undertaken comprehensive landscaping, afforestation, and pavement hardening throughout the mining area, ensuring that the site truly boasts clear mountains, sparkling waters, and picturesque scenery.

At the same time, the company has integrated green and ecological principles throughout the entire lifecycle of its mining operations, earnestly fulfilling its corporate social responsibilities, proactively cultivating a positive public image, and remaining committed to benefiting local communities. It actively participates in community development, keeps the well-being of residents at the forefront of its mind, and takes genuine care of their daily lives. In recent years, the company has annually allocated funds to support the construction of rural roads and reservoirs in surrounding areas, helping villagers escape poverty and achieve prosperity; it has also created employment opportunities for local residents, addressing pressing job‑creation challenges; and it regularly invites community members to the mine for outreach events, inviting them to offer constructive feedback and suggestions on the company’s operations. Through these efforts, the company has fostered a mutually beneficial relationship with the community, ensuring harmonious coexistence between people and the environment.
