Gongda Innovation Congo Electrolyzer
Fiberglass‑reinforced plastic electrolytic cells are widely used corrosion‑resistant equipment in the metallurgical industry, suitable for the hydrometallurgical processing of nonferrous metals such as lead, zinc, copper, and manganese. Owing to their excellent corrosion and impermeability resistance, superior monolithic integrity, strong impact resistance, light weight, high internal surface hardness, outstanding smoothness, and resistance to scale buildup, they have been extensively adopted across the national nonferrous metals sector, making them the preferred electrolytic equipment for hydrometallurgical processes.
Since 1984, our company has been developing the first all‑fiberglass electrolytic cell for the Zhuzhou Smelter, and to date we have accumulated more than 20 years of manufacturing experience. We have sold nearly 2,000 electrolytic cells to major smelters across China, including 60 fiberglass‑reinforced polymer electrolytic cells exported to the Congo for copper smelting.
Our company can design and manufacture electrolytic products with sound structural integrity, stable performance, and high customer satisfaction, tailored to meet diverse performance requirements, technical specifications, and control parameters of electrolytic cells.
